I was so busy using this case to win the election, I really didn't have time to pay attention to it.


The best thing that can happen is for this to go away.  I say drop the charges against the three players and the charges against Nifong are dropped.  Then, someone ties up Nifong to the front of a lacrosse goal.  Finnerty, Seligmann, and Evans each get a bucket of lacrosse balls and two hours to practice shooting.

If you don't think it would even then, I suggest you catch a few lacrosse games this spring...
